SYNERGY HomeCare of Ellicott City is hiring a warm, patient companion caregiver who is fluent in Hindi and English. You would support an older adult with limited mobility in her home in the Howard and Baltimore County area, 2 to 3 days a week to start, with more hours possible. You would cook home-style North Indian meals, do light housekeeping like dishes, laundry, and tidying, help with errands, and provide friendly company in both languages. This is a homemaker and companion role with no hands-on personal care or transfers. We're looking for someone reliable with transportation who can pass a background check. Caregiving experience is a plus but not required. Pay is [$XX to $XX per hour], and you'll get a consistent schedule and a supportive office team.
