\nRole Description The Director of Panelist Engagement leads the effort to build and maintain panels of surgical professionals for Physician Direct and OR Direct. The recruiting efforts include following up referrals from current panel members and doing original outreach over platforms like Linkedin and email. The Director also ensures panelists appear at our events and cares for their experiences while there.
