About the Role Our client, a key player in the vibrant Videojuegos y Esports scene, is seeking a focused and observant Tester de Videojuegos de Beta Cerrada to join their entirely remote quality assurance team. This role involves testing pre-release versions of games with a select group of players (beta testers) to gather crucial feedback on stability, bugs, and overall player experience before a wider launch. You will manage the beta testing process, communicate with beta testers, collect their feedback, and work with the development team to prioritize and address reported issues. Your ability to organize, communicate effectively, and analyze player feedback will be key to ensuring a successful game launch. This is an exciting opportunity for someone passionate about games and community management to contribute significantly from a remote position. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage the closed beta testing process for video game titles. Recruit, onboard, and communicate with a community of beta testers. Provide beta testers with clear instructions and guidelines for testing. Monitor beta tester activity and collect feedback, bug reports, and suggestions. Analyze feedback from beta testers to identify trends, critical issues, and areas for improvement. Work with the development team to document, prioritize, and track bugs and issues reported during the beta phase. Facilitate communication between beta testers and the development team. Provide summaries of beta testing results and player sentiment to project stakeholders. Help ensure the game is stable and ready for broader release based on beta feedback. Requirements Previous experience in QA testing, community management, or user testing, preferably in the gaming industry. Excellent organizational and project management skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a community of players. Proficiency in using bug tracking software (e.g., Jira, Trello). Ability to analyze qualitative and quantitative feedback effectively. Passion for video games and understanding of the beta testing process. Ability to work independently and manage communication flows in a remote environment. Written and verbal communication skills in Spanish. Experience with survey tools or feedback platforms is a plus.
